About this app

How do you want to travel today? Travis is the app that gathers all your possible travel ways in Stockholm and Gothenburg!

Travis have put public transport, electric scooters, bicycles and power banks in the same app so you can find the fastest, less expensive or why not the must fun way to get you where you want to go without the phone dying on you. Regardless if you travel in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Skövde, Borås or anywhere else in Västra Götaland you can pay your trip directly in the app. The journey should decide how you travel not the other way around, don’t you think?

Decide where you are (or just let Travis find it out for you) and where you want to go. Then you just decide what way of travel that suits you best.

If you choose to go by bus, subway, tram, boat or any of the other alternatives that SL (Stockholms public transport) or Västtrafik offers, you can easily find and pay your travel right in the app. Travis will help you understand the zones of Västtrafik. You will also get live updates if anything is happening that can affect your journey, like delays or other things that can be an inconvenience for you. You can also see where you should be located in the train to be the closest to your exit at your arrival station or where the bus you are waiting for is.

In Travis you can buy and use:
- SL:s 75 minute single ticket
- SL:s 30-day ticket
- Västtrafik's 90 minutes single ticket
- Västtrafik's 30-day ticket
- Västtrafik's day ticket

Travis loves simplicity and therefore you have the same prizes and terms for your journey with SL or Västtrafik as if you would buy your ticket at one of SL’s or Västtrafiks points of sale.

Electric scooter is an effective and fun way to move around in the city. In Travis you can easily find, book and pay your journey with your nearest Voi or Tier. And hey, don’t forget to be smart about your ride and use a helmet when your are riding a scooter!

Sometimes you're in need of a car to make your journey. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to own it yourself. Travis has several travel buddies with cars that can help you with that instead. In the app you find both rental cars and carpools or some different Taxi options if that suits your journey better today. You choose!

Is your phones battery going red? No worries, find your closest power bank from Brick, that you can take with you, in Travis map.

Download Travis now and you will have everything you need for your local travels!

Dark mode when? Other than that nice app. Best feature is definitely that it tells you were in the train you're supposed to be and what subway exit to take

Bad UX, confusing flow to add a favourite place, I have to go back and edit in order to add a custom name. Also it's useless when you can't use your favourites when searching for a location. Hire a designer and not just a UI painter. I'll stick with Google Maps for now.

Reduced ticket, you might mean discount ticket for students and so on. Just a translation minor thing. Overall look nice, like that is local app. Do you thing about navigation as well( for example I choose bike or scooter, then I need to switch to Google maps to build a route)?

Thank you for spotting the poor translation! We will look into adding navigation as well.
