NOHM: Home Services & Rentals

NOHM

About this app

NOHM is one app for homeowners, landlords, tenants and home service pros. Book a local pro for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman work and 20+ other trades, see their prices before they head out, and watch them arrive on a live map. Landlords and property managers run every rental in the same app.

HOME SERVICES, BOOKED YOUR WAY
• Standard: compare up to three local pros and pick the one you want.
• NOHM Express: same-day service. See the pro's diagnostic fee and hourly rate, then approve before they head out.
• NOHM NOW: book a pro who is live near you right now.
• Every pro is reviewed and approved by NOHM before they get jobs.
• Locked prices: the diagnostic fee and hourly rate you agreed to are the ones on your invoice.
• Live tracking: see your pro's photo and van on the map, and share your arrival PIN only when they're at your door.
• Pay by card through Stripe, keep every receipt, rebook pros you like and thank them with a tip.

Trades: HVAC and AC repair, heating, plumbing, electrical, handyman, appliance repair, roofing, gutters, siding, windows and doors, garage doors, painting, flooring, remodeling, decks and patios, fencing, concrete, foundation repair, insulation, landscaping, tree service, pressure washing, house cleaning, pest control and locksmiths.

NOHM QUOTES FOR BIG PROJECTS
Get up to three quotes for a new roof, HVAC system, water heater, windows, siding, a fence and more from a few photos and a short video. No sales visits.

NOHMie, YOUR HOME HELPER
Ask NOHMie by voice or text. NOHMie answers home repair questions, reads a photo of the problem and books the right pro. Home maintenance reminders, like air filter changes and water heater care, keep your home on schedule.

YOUR HOME ID
Every home gets a Home ID that keeps its repair history on record. Add family members to your household, share past work with your pro, and check any NOHM document at nohm.app/verify.

NOHM NEIGHBORHOOD
Lost and found, item swaps, block events, neighborly asks and Neighborhood Chatter with neighbors near your home.
