I changed my phone, and I can’t find the box with docs from my fastmile 4g. There is no quarcode on the device itself to connect, only bt address and serial number. Great, I entered them and now I need a user and password, where can I get them from? In the user manual (it is not on your site) there is not a word about resetting the device to factory settings and the default password. Do not even try to write that I can find out by contacting support. I couldn't find support contacts anywhere

The description states that the app supports 4G and 5G models. However, when scanning QR code for 4G model it says "unsupported model" and when trying to add my device manually, there is only 5G series on the list to choose from. What went wrong? : -(

Unable to get past the evaluating process, unable to finish setting up my device. Anyone know if there is a different app to set up Fastmile Reciever 5G
