The app is not user friendly. You cannot upload your actual resume. So facilities are basing their decisions on the restricted input you can enter. For the first time in 24 years I was told I didn't have enough experience. My resume and skills checklist are outstanding. Some people said they have used this app successfully. However every time I submit either something is missing that has already been uploaded or I'm not selected due to lack of experience. I have 24yrs of experience in all.

This app is horrible. It freezes too often, and you can not leave a page and come back to it seconds later without having to start all over. Worst app for a healthcare company. 0 is the true rating but not allowed!!!!!!
