I had no reason not to trust it since everything was good at first, but suddenly it changed to have a larger minimum reward amount to withdraw and they disappeared when I finally withdraw. Email said the office is closed every time I contacted. Now over a month later I go to check if anything happened and can't login. Just says my credentials don't exist, despite still getting their automated emails.

My redemption is still showing as 'pending,' and I haven't received my reward. Despite numerous emails, the issue remains unresolved. I'm extremely frustrated and feel misled by the app's promise of rewards. Please look into this matter urgently and provide my reward. If not, I'll be forced to uninstall the app and share my disappointing

Don't trust it. If customer svc won't help with login issues I'm not confident they would help with cashouts issues. App refuses to allow me to log in because my ip address doesn't match the one registered, I don't know if I even completed one survey before this happened, been asking for help since Dec 4th and keep getting ticket closed.
