About this game

Knotwords is a minimal and elegant logic puzzle — with words.

The rules are simple: arrange the letters in each section so every word is valid, across and down.

Each puzzle may seem difficult at first — but like all my favorite newspaper puzzles, it gets easier as you progress. Each step guides you naturally towards the solution.

This is the kind of game I've been trying to make my whole career — I'm amazed Jack and I discovered this design. We hope you like it.

Love the gameplay, got far ahead from what I expected but have a level I want to reset, went into the drop-down menu to restart and no matter how many times I hit restart and confirm it won't do it. I don't want to have to go back and delete all the letters already on the board. Little inconvenience but overall pleasant gameplay EDIT: Lowered from 3 to 2 stars. only 20 puzzles then $12 bucks is too expensive for me. Only lets you play puzzle of the day after that.

Pretty cool game! It's really tricky at times, but it's a lot of fun and really satisfying when you complete a level. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there's no way to play games from previous months, so when you finish the month's levels and the week's levels, you are left with nothing to do. This could be fixed by adding an archive of previous month's puzzles to play! I'd even pay a few dollars to unlock it if I had to!

This game is super fun and engaging. Sometimes puzzles take less than 30 seconds and then others I come back to multiple times. 3 star rating because the user interface is EXCRUCIATINGLY slow! Sometimes I just set my phone down and let it finish processing whatever is happening in the background. I will finish a puzzle and then just wait for the menu animation to resolve so I can click the "Done" button. Pixel 8 Pro, by the way. Don't know what I'm waiting for! Please optimize this app!
