I loved the other versions that no longer work. This version is ok but only if you want to play in intense competition.ALL THE TIME. I dont. I know I'm not alone in this. I played the older versions for hours just because liked to play alone. I played each level for the heck of it. This version kicks you out as soon as someone reaches the hole first and doesn't even allow you to complete it. That's not fun. That's frustrating. The era of having hours of fun playing SSG is over. Makes me sad.

This game has so much potential to be good, but it just isn't. Although the gameplay is super fun and slightly addictive, the matchmaking almost always ruins it for me. Every game feels like I'm being matched with people that are much higher level than me, and to make it worse, if I lose, I always lose a lot of trophies. It just feels super unfair.

Bring back SSG (single-player, 9-holes)! This game used to be called "Super Stickman Golf", and it was one of the best games I've ever played. The replacement, this game, is a highly polished and much more advanced version, but ONLY available as a real-time, online race to the finish. As such, it's extremely frantic, HIGHLY addicting, and anxiety-inducing.. so much so that I had to delete it off my phone. I'm hoping the developers will finally bring back the standalone, single-player mode.
