shows you what it means over time.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
Steps, sleep, activity, water, calories, weight, heart rate, blood
pressure, blood oxygen, temperature and body composition. Log what you
want by hand, or let your phone and your devices do it for you.
BRING IN WHAT YOUR PHONE ALREADY KNOWS
Connect Health Connect and pull in what your phone and watch record.
Choose which measurements to sync and how far back, from a single type
over a week to everything over three months. Stop a sync while it runs,
and see exactly what arrived when it finishes.
CONNECT YOUR DEVICES
Pair a Bluetooth scale, blood pressure cuff, thermometer, pulse
oximeter or glucose meter and readings arrive as you take them.
ALWAYS KNOW WHERE A NUMBER CAME FROM
Every reading shows its source: your phone's health app, a connected
device, or something you entered. Nothing is ever shown as measured
when it wasn't. Remove everything a source contributed whenever you
like, without touching the rest.
GOALS THAT FIT WHAT YOU ARE DOING
Set targets for steps, sleep, activity, water and calories and see how
close you are at a glance.
Weight works differently, because weight is different. Pick a target
above or below where you are now, choose a pace that suits you, and
follow the journey: how far you have come, your rate each week, and
roughly when you would arrive. When there are not enough readings for
that to mean anything yet, the app tells you so instead of guessing.
SLEEP
Start the timer at night and stop it in the morning, or just enter the
hours. Set a bedtime and wake reminder on the nights you choose and your
phone delivers them, even with the app closed.
WOMEN'S AND MEN'S HEALTH
Cycle tracking with predictions, symptom logging and a seven day
severity view. Body composition, cardiovascular and hormone indicators
with reference ranges alongside.
TRENDS AND REPORTS
Charts across days, weeks and months. Export a summary as a PDF to take
to an appointment.
YOUR DATA, PROTECTED
Two factor authentication. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold,
never shared with advertisers. Disconnect Health Connect any time and
delete anything a source contributed from inside the app.
