About this game
Cube Flap 2048 is a one tap arcade game about a cube with a number on it. Flap through the gates, double your cube from 2 to 4 to 8 and upward, and keep going as far as your reflexes will take you. Easy to start, genuinely hard to master.
HOW TO PLAY 🎮
Tap anywhere on the screen to flap. Your cube falls, your tap lifts it, and the gates keep coming at you. Every gate you clear adds one point to your run. Clip a pipe and the run ends instantly, so the whole game comes down to your thumb against gravity. There is nothing else to learn, no menus to read and no tutorial to sit through.
DOUBLE OR HALVE ✖️
Most gates ahead of you are split in two. The green half doubles the number on your cube, the red half cuts it in half, and which side is which changes every time. There is no safe lane to memorise, you pick one in the moment and live with it. Doubling is the only way your cube climbs from 2 towards 2048 and beyond, so every fork is a small bet on your own aim.
SMASH THE NUMBERED WALLS 🧱
Sooner or later a wall blocks the entire screen with a number painted on it. Hit it with a big enough cube and you smash straight through it, the screen shakes and the world changes colour behind you. Hit it with a small cube and the run is over on the spot. A wall asks for roughly half of the biggest number you reached this run, which means the doubling you gambled on earlier is exactly what saves you now.
IT ONLY GETS FASTER ⚡
The world scrolls quicker the further you go, the gaps between the pipes tighten, the gates start drifting up and down, and your cube gets physically heavier as its number grows. None of it is random cruelty. Each gate simply asks for a little more precision than the one before it, until your best run turns into a story you want to beat.
