The software of the nothing ear (1) is so buggy that it has become almost useless for me. Sometimes only the left earbud will connect whereas sometimes the right. It's rarely that both of them connect simultaneously. Doesn't matter how many times the forget the device or reset it or uninstall and reinstall the app, it still stays the same. Very disappointed from nothing. Would never recommend to anyone.

Hi, Akash Chaturvedi. Pls. 1. clear the cache of the earbuds app. 2. Uninstall & reinstall the earbuds app. 3. Reset the earphone by pressing the pairing button till it lights to red (make sure the earbuds are inside the casing but keep the lid open). Or contact our support here: https://nothing.tech/pages/contact-support. Thanks!

I must say, having these products for over 8 months now I have grown disappointed. There are still basic issues, when you pair with your phone you can't see the battery status as it is cutoff half way. You still have to fully pair the headphones with your phone while in the case. Even when you do this, there are still some occasional dropouts. Edit : They work well now, upgraded my review.

The app works well and looks great; it's fairly simple to navigate. My only complaint is that I wish there was more flexibility in the custom EQ feature. I would like for the ability to tune multiple frequencies in the same band (ex. keep the eight bands, but give users freedom to choose whatever frequencies for each band), and control the intensity of the pre-amp. Other than that, being a day one user of the Ear 2, I think Nothing is moving in the right direction.
