Ive used this app in multiple facilities with different devices and it just doesn't work right. Call lights don't recognize when you turn them off half the time and if you forget to " take " a call light on the device before you turn it off it will take you the rest of your life. If someone forgets to "complete" a light on the phone after turning off then it will stay there for days. They have take something fairly simple and and added completely useless and time wasting steps.

Overall seems to work okay, but one big thing that annoys me is that I cannot silence the notifications from the group chat. I do not need to hear these as a supervisor, only the escalation notifications. It pings at all hours, interrupts phone calls, interrupts meetings. I have silenced ALL notifications and it still sounds off. This needs to be addressed before I add a star.

Been using the app for about a year, worked great up until about a month ago. When a pendent is pushed, the app doesn't recognize it to go off on the app. This seemed to happen after I updated my android to the newer version, it's like the app isn't configuring right.
