Private by design
Your notification history is stored locally on your Android device. NotiRecall does not need access to another app’s private message database.
You control which notification sources are remembered and can delete saved history whenever you want.
Banking, payment, password, and authentication apps are treated as sensitive sources and remain off by default unless you explicitly enable them.
Important limitation
NotiRecall starts remembering notifications only after you enable Android Notification Access and select the apps you want to remember.
It cannot recover notifications from before setup, and it cannot recover arbitrary deleted messages that were never shown in an Android notification.
Android and individual apps control what notification content is made available. Muted, hidden, restricted, or redacted notifications may therefore not appear completely in NotiRecall.
