About this app

NotiThread keeps a notification history on your phone. Read notifications again after you swipe them away, and see unsent or deleted messages from messaging apps, as long as the notification reached your phone before the message was removed.

Every notification is saved as it arrives and sorted by app, then by conversation (thread), so your notification history reads like the chats it came from.

Main features
• Conversation threads: sorted by app, then by person, with date separators and times
• Timeline: notifications from all apps in one list, newest first
• Unsent mark: notifications that arrived before a message was unsent or deleted stay, marked "Possibly unsent"
• Unread: show unread only, or mark all as read
• Filter: quickly narrow down by app or sender name
• Open in the original app: before it opens, NotiThread also lets you know the sender may see your messages as read
• Delete: one notification, a thread, everything from one app, or all history. Select several threads and delete them together
• Exclude: leave out apps you don't want saved, such as banking or one-time-code apps

Keeps recording
• The home screen shows the recording status and lets you know when recording stops
• If the connection to notifications is lost, NotiThread reconnects automatically when you open the app
• On-screen battery optimization steps for phones from each major manufacturer
• A diagnostics screen shows notification access, the connection, and when a notification was last saved

Light and uncluttered
• No ads
• No persistent notification
• Lists appear quickly, even with many saved notifications
• Settings shows the storage used, and older history is deleted automatically based on how long it is kept

Good to know
NotiThread saves notifications that arrive after you allow notification access, plus those still in the notification shade at that moment. It saves only the text shown in the notification, not images or stickers. Messages that never appeared as a notification can't be seen. For some messaging apps, if message text is hidden in notifications, NotiThread shows how to change that setting. Your original notifications are left as they are.

Private by design
• Your notification history is stored encrypted, only on this device
• No account, no tracking
• Works offline; the network is used only to confirm purchases
• Prevent screenshots, and app lock (Premium)

Free and Premium
Free keeps the last 30 days and shows the last 7 days, with up to 3 excluded apps.
Premium shows your full history, lets you choose how long it is kept (or keep it with no limit), and removes the limit on excluded apps. It also adds full-text and regex search, app lock, and history export (CSV). Choose a one-time purchase or a monthly or yearly subscription. History from 8 to 30 days ago that Free already saved becomes visible right away.
