This is a great app for those of us in a need to follow our registered dietitian. Excellent in providing you with photos which saves time on typing. It's also great keeping a history from what you previously typed so you can cut and paste. It provides you with inspirational quotes to help up lift your spirits so you don't stop and keeps you aware of your progress. You can also provide your feelings and symptoms you are experiencing. This is just a few of what it does. I love this app.

This app is simply awful. I would advise anyone to approach with extreme caution!! The app initially had me follow these missions and food guidelines from my dietitian. Problem is my dietitian wanted me to simply eat how I was eating and use the app as a food journal, she had no idea about anything it was instructing me to do. As a journal, it never saves. I check the log multiple times a day to see what does save and commonly re enter meals sometimes 2x 3x.

It's not super fancy in UI, but there are little things that makes the app really user friendly. For example, if you take a picture, it records the time and know which meal to add it even hours after input. When you input food items, it knows the phrase patterns and divide ingredients correctly. Because you already give hunger fullness when you take picture, it will not ask you about before meal and only ask for after meal hunger fullness level. I'm truly delighted with the user experice, nice!
