Nourish Myself was born from a simple idea: that everyone deserves a well-designed nutrition plan, not a generic diet copied from the internet. That's why we combine clinical technology with the supervision of a certified nutritionist to give you a service that was previously only available in a doctor's office.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you register, you complete a detailed questionnaire about your body, your health, and your goals. These aren't random questions—every piece of information you enter (weight, height, waist circumference, activity level, medical history, medications, allergies, and intolerances) is used directly to calculate your plan. With this information, the Nourish Myself algorithm generates a nutrition plan based on the Mexican System of Equivalent Foods (SMAE).

WHAT DOES THE APP INCLUDE?

Personalized Nutrition Plan
Your plan is calculated based on your actual calorie requirements, your goal (weight loss, maintenance, muscle gain, or improved body composition), and your medical history. It's updated whenever your measurements or goals change.

Consultations with a Certified Nutritionist
Schedule video calls directly from the app with our certified nutritionist. She'll review your case, adjust your plan, answer your questions, and guide you through the process.

Direct Chat with Your Nutritionist
Have a question between consultations? Message her directly from the app. No intermediaries, no forms, no unnecessary waiting.

Weekly Tracking
Record your measurements and see how your body evolves over time. The app clearly displays your progress so you always know where you're going.
