Ratings and reviews

The app keeps crashing every time I push a button here or there (ei. when I confirm auto-detected activity) I also had a 30 min intensive sport session, and got something like 35 entries of sessions between 5 and 34 min for the same workout session, all started at the same moment. The ring feels useless without a proper app. I'm starting to think I'll ask for a refund, honestly.

The app shows that you can switch days but anytime you click it, it just goes back to today. I wanted to check what my sleep looked like 2 days ago, but can't.

UPDATE: new ring not recognized by phone !!! (1/24/26) ... STILL having probs w/sleep capture ... advised by cust svc to unpair & repair after restarting Bluetooth -- no chg ... then suggested restoring factory settings -- I uninstalled NOVARING & restarted ... NOW IT NO LONGER RECOGNIZES MY DEVICE (???) -- unable to "add device" on home page ... REALLLLLLLY AGGRAVATING 😡 😡 😡 (BTW ... both phone & ring r fully chrgd)
