I like the idea that my kids take private lessons from home with affordable prices. But here commenting about the app: When I click on the progress button in the bottom menu to see the progress of my child, it automatically launches a permission request for audio recording? I refuse and I can't see the progress. Why do you need to record my voice to show me the progress of my child?!

Hello, Oya. Thanks for your positive feedback. We're sad that your experience didn't meet your expectations. If you don't use the app for an extended period of time, it automatically logs you out of the account. Also, our managers would be happy to assist you with sub suspension, if there are any additional questions or unclear moments

No support at all. I never seen anything like this in a paid service. My subscription is ending, I have several lessons left with no time to complete them and I'm desperately trying to get a response for 5 whole days with no success. I tried through the app, the website chat and their email- several times. Nothing. When I first joined and did the free lesson, they did cold call me 6 times and emailed me 5 to get me to purchase so there's no shortage of employees, just a matter of priorities...
