Firefli Fit helps you turn health habits into real world rewards!

Use Firefli Connect to sync your wearable data with Google Health! Firefli rewards users for maintaining health lifestyle changes by earning daily points toward active lifestyle items, including gear, gym bags, water bottles, and more!

Firefli points can be earned against common health metrics, including:
- Steps per day (Health data access required to sync step and step cadence information)
- Hours of sleep per night (Health data access required to access sleep and time in bed
- Elevated heart rate sessions (Health data access required to access heart rate information)

Firefli Companion App is required to sync your data from Google Health to Firefli Fit. The following permissions will be requested to sync your device data with Firefli Fit.

- HeartRate | HeartRate is used to calculate and assign Firefli points for exercise sessions meeting a heart rate target
- RestingHeartRate | RestingHeartRate is used to calculate and assign Firefli points for exercise sessions meeting a heart rate target
- SleepSession | SleepSession is used to calculate and assign Firefli points for sleep stats
- StepsCadence/Steps | Steps and Step Cadence is used to calculate and assign Firefli points for step related daily goals
- Background data access | Firefli is designed to operate as seamlessly as possible. Background data access is necessary to prevent the need to have Firefli Connect open during any exercise, walking, or sleep activities.
