Novio Back supports you in your at-home workout for back pain.

The app follows a multimodal approach:

• Personalized training: Guided workouts with over 80 exercises that adapt to your personal progress.

• Complementary relaxation: Progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and breathing exercises.

• Learning units: Concise videos explain the background, answer frequently asked questions, and provide helpful everyday tips.

• Grow your tree: Collect points and watch your digital tree grow.

Purpose
Novio Back is a mobile app for treating back problems with a multimodal therapy that includes exercise therapy, education, and relaxation. The goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, and increase quality of life. The therapy can be carried out independently in the app without supervision by medical professionals.

• B99: Febrile infection
