It's possible to actually meet someone on here if you're persistent, but so many profiles are fake, like at least half of all of them and you can only see a few profiles before the ads kick in and you have to exit the app (or endure the minute-long video ad trash). The app has a lot of issues with disruptive ads and fake profiles. EDIT: I'm so sick of these goddamn mandatory updates. This app doesn't deserve one star even and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I keep getting an "internal service system error", it happens like once a week, and gets a bit annoying because it will not allow me to login or do anything. I have asked others who use the app if it happening to them, and no, surprisingly. But, I think this is a small issue that needs to be fixed. Other than that, the app is pretty cool and the people are pretty chill to talk to too.

The good: - you can definitely meet plenty of people to language exchange with!!! that's really all that we need from the app right? - it's free the bad: - since it's free you have to deal with ads, but nowadays there are sooooo many.... it makes using the app a little uncomfortable. - crashing.... the app crashes so freaking much, and it can be super slow at times.
