2 Stars because most of the time Items are out of stock. Even I said this item is out of stock in the customer care to restock that but after complaining the file 10 days+ gone item still not stock. You should be fast as your app name if items is going to out of stock restock it fast. Not common goods are available like milk, salt, sugar, curd, noodles, etc etc. Most of time Items/product are out of stock solve this problem If you want to grow other customers are stop using.

With all due respect please upgrade your system! no place to write any review! and it doesn't even delivers anything on time. like just couple of min ago I ordered and it said 20 min, and now it's more than 40 min and been waiting. no instant customer support aswell. and also please make sure your driver's are trained properly and have some manners.

Extremely disappointed. Have had consecutive 7 8 orders where the cold drinks ordered are being sent are not even kept in the fridge. Even when ordering after calling their customer service and telling them that I need a chilled cold drink in this order. they still sent you drink which has never been kept in the fridge. And all of this is still after relaying this to their customer service. Would have given negative stars if possible.
