Fasto’s delivery service has repeatedly failed to meet its advertised 10-minute delivery promise despite our being regular customers. On several occasions, delays have exceeded 30 minutes, sometimes even during billing, which directly contradicts Fasto’s tagline and website claims. These repeated delays indicate an operational issue rather than isolated incidents. If rider shortages are the reason, alternative delivery arrangements should be considered.

Poor customer service, Name chai 10 min ho, After waiting 30 Minutes they deliver my items and I have asked 1 item was type c to type c but they brought me type c and usb and I want to return products and pay them rest amount but refused to give me order instead they want to take warehouse and I have to wait another 1 hour to get my product to be delivery this is very unprofessional after making wait customer 30 Minutes instead of 10 min as Slogan. Worst customer service

I liked how convenient it is and the delivery was right on estimated time however most of the products 75% are out of stock.
