"## Gameplay

### Game Objective
The goal of the game is to **eliminate all viruses** on the screen. Once you successfully eliminate all viruses, you advance to the next level.

### Controls
There is a virtual controller at the bottom of the game interface that you can use to control the falling pills:
- **Directional Keys (Left/Right): Move the falling pills.
- **Directional Keys (Down): Accelerate the pills' fall (soft drop).
- **A Key**: Make the pills drop instantly to the bottom (hard drop).
- **B Key**: Rotate the pills clockwise.

### Elimination Rules
- Align the falling pills with viruses or other pills of the same color.
- When **four or more blocks of the same color (viruses or half pills)** are connected horizontally or vertically, they are eliminated.
- Pill capsules are made up of two halves of two colors, allowing you to eliminate viruses of different colors simultaneously.

### Game Over
If the pills pile up to the top of the screen, preventing new pills from spawning, the game ends.

## Features

- **Level Selection**: From the main menu, you can freely choose from 1 to 8 levels of varying difficulty.
- **Increasing Difficulty**: Each level has an increasing number of viruses, making it increasingly challenging.
- **Personalization**: In the settings menu, you can:
- Turn game sound effects on or off.
- Switch between different visual themes (blue, green, black).
- **High Score Record**: The game keeps track of your highest scores, so keep challenging yourself!
- **Sound Feedback**: Spins, eliminations, wins, and losses all have corresponding sound effects, providing a more immersive gaming experience.
