Animal Range — Veterinary Clinic Customer App

A veterinary clinic customer app, powered by CONST-TECH LTD, allows pet owners to book appointments, track their animals' vaccinations, medical records, and invoices all in one place, with a right-to-left Arabic interface.

Get started in minutes

Log in with your mobile number and a verification code sent to you via WhatsApp—no password required. If you don't have a file with the clinic, you can create a free account within the app using your name and mobile number.

You can also browse the clinic's services and prices before logging in.

Services

• My Pets: View your animals registered with the clinic and track each animal's file, including vaccinations, appointments, invoices, medical records, and prescriptions.

• Book Appointments: Select your pet, branch, service, and veterinarian, then choose an available date and time. The clinic will confirm your booking.

• My Appointments: Track your upcoming and past appointments, and cancel bookings before they are confirmed.

• Vaccinations: Find out your animals' due vaccinations and their schedules.

• Medical History: View visit reports and prescriptions issued for your animals.

• Invoices: Review your paid and outstanding invoices, including details of items, taxes, and recorded payments. View the tax invoice.

• Services and Prices: Browse the clinic's services, departments, and prices.

• Loyalty Points: Track your points balance with the clinic.

• Notifications: View clinic alerts and news within the app.

• Contact: Call or message the clinic via WhatsApp, or view its location on the map.

Nature of Services

The app does not include any in-app payments or purchases. The invoices displayed are for veterinary services actually provided at the clinic and are payable directly at the clinic. They do not represent in-app purchases or App Store subscriptions.
