Very sporadic. Cuts out and kicks you off repeatedly forcing you to log back in and restart the whole process to connect with the therapist. Sound also cuts out during the session. You have to repeat yourself constantly. It's very disruptive and makes the session difficult. The only positive comment I can make is the picture/video feed is clear when it doesn't freeze.

Good way to get to talk to my doctors in the COVID-19 era. Fine for routine appointments to discuss lab tests using my smart phone, but obviously not if I need an EKG or other hands-on examinations. Very easy to use after downloading the app & getting familiar with it. I am not sure whether it is a good tool for connecting with friends. I don't know whether it is free for personal 1 on 1 communications. In my last 3 appointments we had technical difficulties with the video freezing repeatedly.

The app has a lot of static during a video call. The wifi option nee to change. Also I could not use this format on my laptop/tablet. Dissappointing.
