⚠️ Note: Automatic biometric data collection requires compatible external IoT medical devices (blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, pulse oximeters, scales). All other features—care plans, questionnaires, video consultations, and messaging—are available without external devices.

Patients follow personalized care plans with daily tasks, reminders, symptom reports, questionnaires (PROMs/PREMs), and scheduled activities.

When used with compatible external IoT medical devices, the app can automatically record vital signs, allowing patients to monitor their health from home with accurate and reliable data. Vital sign monitoring features require compatible external medical devices; the app does not collect biometric data without them.
