the problem on my is that when I apply for a loan and want to change some details such as the loan amount at the final page for agreeing the terms and the conditions I can't not be granted the chance to change my plan amount even if I uninstall and reinstall my details are still saved and it comes back to the same point. please allow access to go back to the previous pages for a customer to refill the information if he or she really needs to.

the app has failed to load on n my android phone for a month now. I install and reinstall.it still leaves me at the logo, doesn't go any further.

I didn't get the loan because my business model was considered unconventional. That said I thought they're legit and I'd advise one to first read the Q&A before proceeding. One red flag, the phone number they've shared here is never available for support
