The app works just fine. To those who are saying that it doesn't find the device and that the screen is upside-down: read the instructions before you review the app. You need to purchase the camera separately (I found it on Amazon for 294$), then attach it to your phone's charging slot which is usually on the bottom of your phone. Once the camera is attached, you turn your phone upside down so that the camera is now on top and you view the app right-side up to check your skin. Great device.

I can't use it. It is upside down, luckily I just have to turn my phone that way to use it. I gave it permission to use my camera but claims there is no device so I can't use it. No wonder this has such a low rating. I just couldn't find any other app that does this so I tried it anyway, hoping to get lucky. Just read that I need a special camera that costs 100s of dollars to use it. Oh well, still useless to me.

Pointless app. You open the app and the screen is upside down for some strange reason. Asks me to connect my phone but comes up with no device being found.
