Search our extensive database of more than 9,500 conditions, 12,400 genes and 180,000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Marfan syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA, PTEN and P53.

We constantly update Genomapp to support new DTC testing providers. Currently supports files from 23andMe, Ancestry.com, FTDNA, MyHeritage, Geno 2.0, Tellmegen, LivingDNA and others. Genomapp also supports VCF format files. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).

Best raw data app there is. I bought the upgrade and have never had any regrets. Great app. Easy to upload raw data and a ton of information. You are able to search the web directly from the reports. I don't understand why this app does not get more press. It is, imho, the only raw data analyzer to use. Thank you to the developers!

Update: I've given the app 5 stars after hearing back from the developer. I can now access my account although all of my dna files that I had previously uploaded are gone. I am going to upload them again in the hopes that I am able to use the app as it is intended to be used. Previous review: I had a great experience with Genomapp but I'm finding that I can no longer access it. My password no longer works and when I report that I've forgotten my password it tells me that my email is not found.

As a free app, it's great. But I decided to buy the full thing and was very frustrated. The information is very misleading and lack researches. Basing your whole result in a single research will just lead ppl into anxiety. In the end you have to check all the information there again, by yourself. Which completely loses the point of paying for the product.
