I do like this app because I'm able to message my doctor on any documents or appointments needed. However, there is a bug that will not have me sign in more than once. It glitches and brings me back over and over to sign in. I have to uninstall the app just to sign in. It repeats after. It is very inconvenient and annoying.

The app is useful, when it works. Right now I'm trying to put in some refills and get results on something. Cannot sign in! How is this helping me? Information is correct, won't let me in. About as useful as Nuvance.

This app stinks. U never can sign in always says can't find password etc. I fix it and still won't let me sign in. Waste of time always a problem
