It sucks to say, because the game IS fun, but under current management, it's only fun enough to get you interested, then comes the non-stop predatory monetization. Free to play players need not apply, if you're not whaling, you're not playing. It's actually worse than when Nuverse owned/published them, and that's insane to me. It's in a bad state right now, and I wouldn't bother with it.

I hate having to review this game. Overall, the gameplay is phenomenal. However thats where the positive feelings end. The game is clearly a pay to win model. Very slow card acquisition if you are a free player. Even if you do want to buy an individual card, you're spending $10 to get it, for one card. I would be more inclined, to purchase individual cards if they were less expensive. So, at first, the game is fun and you unlock series 3 cards rather quickly. Later on, not so much.

I absolutely love the game, however the season pass cache boxes are pointless. There's no incentive to continue onward after you complete the 50 levels. secondly, there are so many cards that come out and it is impossible to get 15% of them without spending hundreds of dollars. I am currently on paid parental leave, play probably 1-2 hours a day for the past 2 1/2 months and barely put a dent into the series 4/5 cards. Make the season pass worth while and make cards more obtainable!!!!
