1. To close account you have to use laptop to login. Not from phone app!! 2. A lot of ridiculous questions for ID verification process like a person and address you were associated more than 30 years ago. if you fail then do it again. 3. no confirmation click on the signature. 4. I was asked to take a snap shot, send it to my email ,go to laptop to open my email to save it, then login to send the snap shot. this for their trouble shooting. how many can do this ?

Glad they use the Nymbus Platform, wish more banks used it instead of the Banno Platform. I don't really use Hustl that much, but when I do have a transaction, the notification is near real time which is how it should be. The apps of other banks sometimes take days to get a notification (usually using the Banno Platform)

This app was great when it was working. For some reason, I am suddenly told my username or password are incorrect when trying to log into the mobile app. I know this is an issue with the mobile app specifically, because on their web page from my desktop I am able to log in with the precise same log in credentials the mobile app tells me are incorrect. Please fix this.
