Just received my mail printer yesterday. After about 30 minutes of setting it up and downloading the app onto my iPhone and android, I tried it out. The app will not work unless you allow the app access to me calls from your contacts. I don't want any app to have access to my contacts. It works well with my iPhone. The issue that I have is that when I print onto the test sticker it prints beautiful, but when printing onto the nail, the ink fades and pools distorting the picture.

When I first got this machine in September 2018 it was great. It takes a lot of learning to get used to, but once you have it down, there is nothing quite like it. I have since tried using it this January and my app doesn't want to work anymore. The app will bever let me connect to the wifi even though my phone will and sometimes the screen just goes black while using the app. I have contacted customer support and I hope they can help me. So far, no luck. Please help!

Very Disappointed, No assistance/reply to my request for help, No access to free gallery, app only has 8 pre loaded designs available. I have watched every tutorial on how to access the gallery and they are all incorrect as I do not have the option on the app as described in the tutorials. I have removed the app and reinstalled and tried on different devices and still no access to the so called hundreds of pre loaded designs!
