About this app

SAADEO is a mobile timekeeping application that allows you to track and count the duration of your external interventions. By bringing together information such as address, telephone number, time, duration of the intervention and the type of action to be carried out on a summary customer file, it is the perfect tool for all those who work at their clients' homes or on detached sites.
Using this application is very simple. In the morning you synchronize your appointments. Then, when you arrive at the address of your intervention, you trigger your counter. Once finished, you can stop it by possibly adding additional information such as kilometers traveled on behalf of this customer or a reason to justify a shorter or longer duration of your intervention.
Clocking data is grouped throughout the day and transmitted to your accounting or planning software in your offices. This data can be used to prepare invoices and pay slips very easily.
To function, “SAADEO” needs to be connected to the internet (Wifi or mobile).
