10/2025: App is clunky and has never worked well for me. Since its redesign, it has gotten even worse. It's slower, freezes often, and doesn't let me clip coupons. Embarrassing that Kroger can't manage a decent app in the year of our Lord 2025. 12/2025 edit: I swear this app is getting worse and worse. I'm consistently having items disappear from my cart. The above-mentioned problems are still an issue. Grocery shopping sucks already, and this app that should make it easier, certainly doesn't.

Ever since the new update, I can't change the store location. There are two Dillons I frequent, one close to home and one close to work, so I will switch between the two on the app. For the last few weeks, it will not switch. I will click on my preferred location and it will go back to the shopping screen, but it won't actually change the location. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, everything.

I've always loved the ease with which I could scroll through the coupons to find new ones to clip, but the latest redesign has broken that. Other sort orders seem to work still, but "Newest" does not work at all. It now takes me 10x longer to go through the coupons, as I have to scroll through ALL of them when I used to be able to stop when I reach one I've already clipped. Additionally, there is no scroll indicator any longer, so I don't even know how many more I have to go through.
