Ratings and reviews

I've used OBR occasionally for a few years, switched to it more last month because it's cheaper than Careem — deleted it now and never coming back. Ordered a taxi for work, went down, couldn't find the captain, got fined 1.5k IQD, and support did nothing. I'm not paying that. The app also feels unreliable — order a taxi, press back, and the map shows empty like you have no ride in progress. And sometimes if you open the map, no marker or bottom sheet appears, you need to close and reopen again.

Older App was better. The new App added features such as a Wallet which gives you credit with each ride, but they took the focus of making the App work better. The map gets the address wrong, and drivers are too far. They should have left the old App and took more time to further develop the new one. Also, I forgot to mention, that the travel rate is more expensive now. I'm uninstalling the App

The app is very bad , when you pre-book a trip, it keeps searching for hours and there is no taxi. If you cancel the reservation, they take 2,500 and add it to the next trip. In general, the service is very poor , takes long time until a driver accept trip and the fares are high.
