After a year of trying to get automatic payments when EOBs are sent in, I finally found an excellent customer service representative who fixed the issue, and now I'm very happy with this app. Legitimate claims do sometimes get denied and have to be resubmitted for payment. Other than that, I like the immediate knowledge of what is available in my accounts, and I feel the app itself works well.

Easy to use app. It has selection to use finger print but never worked. The menu is missing selections to add and setup finger print or reset the password. Every time I had to call to get a temporary password and no way to change that in the app. Please fix the aforementioned issues. Update: The issue of login with or setup with fingerprint is still a problem as of 06/07/2022.

Very unprofessional and constantly seeking information, receipt, and EOB even for a valid doctor's visit. Have high demands on receipts to be in a certain format if the doctor does issue them in their regular format. They are just making it impossible to use the OCA Card by asking receipt and EOB for every single valid transaction on the account. This is not needed in 2025. Why can't they call the office and verify or do a verification at their end, why put so much hardship on customers?
