I've been using this app since last year. Everything was working well, on 26th August 2026 deposit was made of 3000 which not credited in my trading account nor reverted back in bank account. And I'm not getting any help from customer support team. Worst experience so far been more than 24 hours now since I lost my money. No help from your platform and even not responding to mails now. No human assist, only bot replies on mail too. Please think wisely before downloading this app. (scam)

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing I deposited money into my Octa account, and my transaction has been stuck for 3 weeks without a proper resolution. Waiting this long for my own money is completely unacceptable. Customer support has not provided a clear solution, and I keep receiving responses asking me to wait. This has caused a lot of frustration and destroyed my trust in the platform. I strongly recommend that DON'T USE

it's been 2 days my money has not credited in the octa wallet . I've deposited 15000rs. it ask me to wait for 24 hours. but it's been already more than 36hours . there is no human agent . only bot is responding . no reply on emails. please don't use this application. it's very worsen to the core and you may lose ur hard earned money. very worst ever service I've seen
