Very bad experience with Octa. We always use stop-loss, but one sudden long candle wiped out my entire premium, and the market immediately moved back up. When I checked TradingView, that same candle and price movement did not appear. This difference made me question their price feed and execution. Personally, I experienced heavy losses. Very disappointing platform.

it's Fraud app. Worst experience with Octa. It has been more than 24 hours since I deposited money, but the funds have neither been credited to my trading account nor refunded to my bank account. Customer support has not resolved the issue properly. Very disappointing experience. Be careful before depositing money.

One of the worst trading platforms I have ever used. I had a deposit issue, and even after waiting more than 72 hours, there was no resolution. Customer support kept giving the same copy-and-paste replies asking me to wait, but they never provided a clear timeline or a proper update. As a customer, I felt completely ignored. Communication was poor, and after some time they even stopped responding to my emails. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had.
