big scam and big fraud in this app happening. . that's why they have no any contact number and no any contact details .. and beneficiary name also different..my 3000 was deduct from my bank and it was successful transaction..but they have told me not recieving my money ..they making fool to people and taking money only .. please don't do trust..my money lost on 28 march 2026..till now not credit in this account and not credit in my bank account .so please be careful.and save your money ..

I believe the company may be heading toward shutting down its business. Initially, I thought the deposit issue was only happening to me, but after reviewing recent user feedback, it’s clear that once a transaction is made, getting the money back becomes nearly impossible. I’ve been using this app for years and have referred many users to it, but the service has deteriorated significantly. Now, it seems almost impossible to reach a real person—both chat and email responses are automated

I deposited funds via UPI on 1 March 2026. The money was successfully debited from my bank account but it has still not been credited to my Octa trading account even after 48+ hours. I contacted support multiple times and provided the transaction ID, UTR number, payment proof and full UPI ID, but the issue is still not resolved. Support response is very slow and there is no proper help from a real agent. This kind of delay in deposit processing is very concerning for traders. Please resolve my
