Installed the app, tried to log in, and immediately hit with “We blocked your account. Please contact Customer Support.” No explanation. No warning. No guidance. Just blocked. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If an account is blocked, users deserve clear reasons and proper communication, not a dead end message that wastes time. An app dealing with financial services should do better than this. Transparency and customer trust matter — right now, both are missing.

Worst experience ever. no proper customer service support. my funds got stuck in an active account for the past three days. I escalated the issue with the customer care agent. But not received funds back to the failed account. They keep on saying to wait 24 hrs.. but it has been 3 days since the problem arose.

In the new update, one of the key feature was decommissioned, I see that feature very important. earlier we used to had the feature to see all the orders open and we had the ability to get the partial or all the orders closed in one go. this is something I am missing a lot, please include that feature back. thanks
