this app does two things 1. while deposit they charge 91 rupees per dollar 2. while withdrawal they give you only 86 rupees per dollar .. they are making commission out of it. 3. they don't process withdrawal application.. instead they wait for right time when the trade is going on and margin is less they update.. "withdrawal can't be processed for some unknown reasons".. this raises questions on their intention of fair trading app .

This is the worst app I had ever used. I deposited 2000 after payment when I returned to app it shows payment cancelled and not showing in my octa payment history but my money deducted. I gave complain and mail them my bank statement payment screenshot everything and it is more than 5 days they are saying we are solving ur problem have patience. If they can't solve this small amount payment and glitches in the app then how could someone deposit big amount. I will never use this app anymore.

Why did you remove UPI deposit option from the app. It is so easy when comparing to Indian bank transaction. Would you please bring back UPI deposit, that will make deposit even faster. when it come to Indian bank deposit, you listed very small amount of banks in it, and i don't have that particular bank account. Otherwise add all main indian bank account to deposit and make the transaction more easier.
