Its usually my go to trading app, but recently I made a thousand dollar deposit from a different account which wasn't accepted from that account for the first time. Not only was it declined because of the name mismatch, but its been over 7 days without them commenting or informing me on the case. I've submitted multiple support tickets regarding the refund but all went ignored. The deposit was rejected the 18th of February and I have yet to see a penny of it as of the 26th of February.

would give it zero stars but the app won't let me. my money went missing and I emailed octa twice with regards to my missing money with no response. there's no effort to resolve the issue would not recommend this app to anyone. it's been almost three weeks with no feedback horrible app.

very nice, with real time profit calculator allowing you to see how much you are risking and the need to adjust your lot size, but I gave a 4 star for the fact that the app does not automatically adjust your lot if you put in the stop loss price and the amount of dollars you want to risk, if this can be added in the next update then it's a 5 star
