About this app

This app can control USB and Bluetooth MIDI devices. Important note: To use one or more USB MIDI devices, it is necessary to use an OTG cable or an OTG HUB connected to the cell phone's USB port. Multiple devices are supported.
It can be used by guitarists, keyboardists and all musicians who want to centralize the sending of MIDI control messages in a single device.

Great app! July 7, 2025 Lots you need to know going in. If cable is not a data cable, phone and Tonex One will not connect. Once I got the right cable, they connected but I could not change patches with the app. I had latest firmware, but I updated it again through Tonex Editor PC software, and I connected the phone to the pedal with the app closed, and it seems to work! Double D guitar channel on YouTube does a lot of support, but no manual. I don't see any BPM on the pink tap button.

As soon as I try to read from pedal - Tonex One the app crashes. There are two options to connect, one says (old), both crash the app. I have a Moto G23 with Android 14. O can't get any changes I make to the controls in the app make any changes to the pedal but I'm guessing this is connected to the crashing when trying to connect to the pedal. I wanted to contact the developer but I can't see any way to do so other than leaving feedback on here.

Works but crashes. first 3 times i opened it, it crashed within seconds. the 4th time it ran like a champ. It connected and allowed me to configure my tonex one for over an hour. I can deal with occasional crashes but for over $8 it should work better. $3 app max at this point.
