Octransfer is the driver app for transfer and chauffeur companies.
If your company uses Octransfer, this app puts your assigned rides, your schedule and your earnings in one place — no phone calls, no spreadsheets, no guessing which ride is yours.
ASSIGNED RIDES
See the rides assigned to you, grouped by yesterday, today and tomorrow. Each ride shows the pick-up time, both addresses, the flight number, the passenger name, and how many passengers and bags to expect.
RIDE DETAILS
Open a ride for the full picture. Contact the passenger over WhatsApp or SMS with one tap, check the flight, and see which platform sold the ride when your company enables it.
RIDE STAGES
Move the ride through on my way, arrived, started and completed. Each step is confirmed with a press and hold, so a tap in your pocket never advances a ride by accident.
LIVE LOCATION
While you are signed in, the app shares your position so your dispatcher sees you on the operations map and the booking platforms that sold the ride receive the tracking they require — no need to run their apps alongside this one. A notification is shown whenever it is active, and your Profile has a switch that mirrors the Android permission.
NO-SHOW REPORTING
When a passenger does not appear, document it properly. Attach photos as proof of contact, arrival, departure and flight status, add a written note, and submit — so the ride is settled with evidence instead of argument.
EARNINGS
Track what you have to receive by period, day by day, across every company you drive for.
RIDE NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified the moment a ride is assigned to you or taken off your schedule, so you are never the last to know.
BIOMETRIC UNLOCK
Lock the app behind your fingerprint, face or device passcode. The check happens on your device — we never receive or store biometric data.
PRIVACY
Your location is collected only while you are signed in, and only to run the rides described above — it is never sold or used for advertising. Signing out stops it. There are no ads and no analytics SDKs. Photos you attach to a no-show report are visible only to your company and are deleted after 30 days. Continued use of GPS in the background can reduce battery life.
