Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. Well, more specifically very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The app is going away, so if you are looking for both web and an app based solution, this is not something to take time to set up. The pricing, although says free, is misleading. To use any of the features the cost starts over $20 per user per month, per service. Example, "Sales" is one service, "Projects" is one service. For a small business trying to grow, the pricing is unattainable.

I cannot login to the app. Requires a url which is so odd, but then will not accept the url. there is zero opportunity for assistance. But I had sales people calling and emailing multiple times a day. And now they are running ads non stop on iHeart which is not inexpensive. If they'd just fixed the app, ditched the slezey high pressure sales and offered services at a reasonable rate they'd be a be a force to be reckoned with.

Always have to connect again. Text overflows out of the screen everywhere. Creating an expense is horribly complicated. Constant harassment of a little icon in the main menu that's moving, like an infinite useless tutorial. Same quality as Odoo itself: developed with 0 quality in mind, 0 for UX. Pressing the back button closes the app instead of going back (lazy developers). Any filter you do can't be saved, if you refresh you lose it all (again, lazyness).
