This is such a convenient service! The customer service is very responsive and professional, and they actually help sort out whatever issue you have. This is the first time I have used an e-Sim, and I am not disappointed! It's been very helpful so far, and I have been able to work and stay connected without hassle (other than the connection challenges with the local service providers). I highly recommend to use Kolet whenever traveling.

got a free gb when booking a holiday through exotica which works for the first 2 days allowing you internet upon landing and options to purchase more data during the first 48 hours. the customer service within the app under the chat is one of the best i have experienced. highly recommend.
