Horrible, the WORST ever! I have repeatedly emailed Outbound engine that I want to cancel this service. The day before launching a new campain, I demanded that my service STOP, I told Outbound... Do Not Launch!! They did it ANYWAY! My requests to Cancel are COMPLETELY IGNORED! I paid for one year up front and Outbound still charged me monthly! Nothing came from using OUTBOUND ENGINE!! Absolutely Nothing. Total waste of money!

They're just Crooks! I didn't want to do the program in the beginning but I was talked into it by a great salesperson. I didn't want to do it again and I called .tried to canceled but they told me that im tied into a year of payments $200 a month on my credit card that's what they charged me and I don't even use the program anymore I don't have the app installed. It's a joke.

Don't waste your money. I've been using OutboundEngine for my social media management 3 months now, and it's been a joke. They cannot seem to convert clicks into actual appointments and at this point I'd have been better off putting my money into the stock market over doing business with these people.
