They're just Crooks! I didn't want to do the program in the beginning but I was talked into it by a great salesperson. I didn't want to do it again and I called .tried to canceled but they told me that im tied into a year of payments $200 a month on my credit card that's what they charged me and I don't even use the program anymore I don't have the app installed. It's a joke.
