Three layers make uninstall genuinely hard for your future weaker self:

1. Device Admin blocks Android's one-tap uninstall.

2. Accessibility Service intercepts navigation to Settings → Apps → Uninstall and shows a PIN screen the moment you tap "Uninstall".

3. Delayed-recovery PIN. In "hidden PIN" mode, only a trusted person knows it. Recovery via email is delayed by 12h, 24h, 48h, or "locked-for-life" — whichever you chose at setup. After 3 wrong attempts, the app locks and notifies your Companion.
