About this app

Kashly is an offline expense tracker and budget planner. Log what you spend, set a monthly limit, and see exactly where your money went. No account, no bank connection and no internet connection needed.

Your records are saved in a database on your own device, so the app opens and works fully offline.

TRACK INCOME AND EXPENSES
• Add an expense or income in a few taps from the home screen
• Organise entries with built-in categories, or create your own
• Add a note or attach a photo of a receipt to any entry
• Search and filter your history by date, category or account
• See your current balance and latest entries on the home screen

BUDGETS
• Set a monthly, weekly or custom-period budget
• Set a separate spending limit for each category
• Compare what you planned against what you actually spent
• A progress bar shows how much of the budget is left

ACCOUNTS
• Keep separate accounts for cash, bank, credit and debit cards and wallets
• Every account keeps its own balance
• Transfer money between two accounts
• Pick the currency you use

BILLS AND RECURRING ENTRIES
• Bill reminders with notifications so a due date is not missed
• One-time or repeating reminders
• Save rent, salary or an EMI as a recurring transaction and it is entered for you
• See upcoming due dates in one list and mark them paid
• Subscription Manager reads your own history and flags payments that repeat every month, so you can spot subscriptions you forgot you were paying

PRIVACY AND APP LOCK
• Your transactions stay in a local database on your phone

BACKUP AND RESTORE
• Create a backup of your data and restore it later, including on a new phone
• Optional Google Drive backup: if you turn it on, you sign in with your Google account and the backup file is stored in your own Google Drive. Google Drive is used only as storage for that file, and the feature is off until you enable it.
