The Nomo Smart Care app is loaded with easy and intuitive features for confident caregiving while respecting the privacy of your loved one. The entire care circle can monitor, communicate and provide the right level of care by customizing alerts on their mobile device. The Nomo system delivers 24/7 real-time data, alerts and notifications about your loved one's routines and activities, and notifies you when an unexpected event is detected.

The Nomo Smart Care app is a companion application that requires the Nomo Smart Care Essential Care Kit (Hub, Satellites, and Tags) to function. This app cannot monitor home activity or detect events without the installation and connection of the associated Nomo hardware system. The Essential Care Kit provides you with a starting point with 1 Hub, 2 Satellites, and 4 Tags. Additional devices can be purchased separately to extend coverage.

Ratings and reviews

The App itself is working okay, and gives a lot of useful data. We are currently only having a problem with the two-way voice communication. We are told the person you are calling on the hub has to be extremely close to the speaker for you to hear them. I don't think that will work well if it's an emergency call and the person has not fallen close to the hub or just needs to talk to there Caretaker or Emergency Response. Also, the virtual call buttons are not easily accessible on all phones.

Instructions for setting up the medical ID bracelet are not clear. Reference to "Loved One" shoul be the wearer. I put in those to be called, then couldn't change named. I called the Nomo and got some issues straightened out, but my emergency contacts didn't appear, and I couldn't add them.

what's wrong with this app? opens and goes to a page telling me I'm only a few clicks away and that's it, nothing else. I'll be returning their stuff and going with a different company cause seems to be a problem here. customer service? doesn't exist.
