The app is good, but l feel like the guider or the cartoon is too fast when doing the exercises that it is hard to keep up especially because l am new to yoga. So l just end up going on my own pace. Another thing is it does not show us fully HOW to the exercise BEFORE the rest time ends. It only shows once then stops. So l will have to wait until the rest time is over to see how the cartoon does it then l follow.

I like this yoga! I am a complete beginner (except for salute to the sun etc) but I am also injured and overweight. I can do most exercises, they are easy and if I am challenged I just do the best I can. I love how my body tingles afterwards, it is a great feeling, no wonder people get addicted to yoga. The 12 minutes is perfect (and enough) for me at this stage. Clock tick, it doesn't seem to signify anything, like "change post now"? And I would love to hear a REAL voice, not computer gen.

Really great app....but you should have a little bit of experience of yoga otherwise its gonna be hard for you....if you are new to these things don't push yourself too much otherwise you'll hurt yourself....the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because i cannot share my results with Google fit ...if i could do that i could track all my workout...and how much calories i burn.... otherwise really good app with soothing music in the background while exercising... Love it
