0 stars should be an option. Followed the directions and it did not pair. When you hit the settings button in the app you get a blank screen with 0 options to choose from. Developers did you forget to finish developing your app?? When you tap an option for the bed is says "please pair device" yet the device shows that it's paired in Bluetooth devices. Highly disappointed the app doesn't work. Please fix asap!

Not bad, extremely limited controls. I would like to see more advanced massage controls (timer duration, intensity, pattern, individual head/foot control) But I think a super cool function would be an "alarm" function that turns on the massage to wake you up at a selected time.

Why can't bed stay connected to app via Bluetooth? Connecting Everytime seems waste ful. Wish could have more options like remote and can't set my own setting on app or remote. Lastly would be nice if app could toggle between individual and sync mode for split king
