Connecting is difficult and once connected the app does not maintain a background connection, so you have to constantly reconnect. Three phones and one Tablet in the house and only one phone will connect. Others just get errors. I lost my remote in a move so it is better than paying $100 for a new one though.

This thing sucks, it was cheaply churned out to control/connect a conmon Bluetooth controller that handles a commonly used motor type, but they've made it proprietary so you have no chance of using a better made app... sadness. I've tweaked some things with Tasker to make the app work better, but it's a slog. I'm still looking for an alternative method of control without having to add my own physical BT controller/arduino. :(

The app in its current state is poor. It takes multiple times to connect to a bed, repeatedly comes up with connection failed messages. Once a bed is paired it should remember the bed and not have to go through the pairing process each time you open the app or if the app loses connection. Automatically retrying to connect for a reasonable time, remembering previously pair beds and not showing duplicates of the same bed (we have one bed that repeatedly shows the same bed ID twice) would be good.
